16-year-old Swiss national a young man from Switzerland is one of those unaccounted for.

The loved ones of teens lost after a deadly blaze at a venue in a Swiss winter destination are enduring an excruciating period of uncertainty for answers and appealing for information about their family members online.

The inferno devastated the a popular bar in Cans-Montana, located in the mountains of south-west Switzerland, in the early hours of the first day of the year. Circulated images show the roof structure igniting as beverages with sparklers are held aloft.
